Peter is the Managing Director & a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1569075) at Ethos Migration Lawyers working in a wide range of Australian Migration matters such as Employer Sponsored Migration, Family Migration, Business, Innovation & Investment Migration and Strategic Migration Advisory.

Peter founded Ethos Migration Lawyers in response to his passion of helping people.

Ethos Migration Lawyers have since become a trusted partner with numerous Australian and international businesses assisting with a broad range of their migration requirements.

As a passionate migration professional Peter is regularly writing articles in response to the rapidly changing immigration landscape and consulting with businesses in regards to their international employee requirements.

Being a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and Migration Alliance, Peter is an active migration advice professional who regularly provides commentary across various media outlets.

Maria Tseprailidis

Maria is an admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. She completed a Bachelor degree in Law (Honours) and a Bachelor degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting from Deakin University.

Maria brings a diversity of professional and personal experience to her work at Ethos Migration Lawyers. She has an empathetic and understanding approach to migration law and is committed to advocating for her clients to achieve successful outcomes in complex cases.

Prior to joining Ethos Migration Lawyers, Maria worked as a Lawyer in a prominent personal injury law firm, advocating for clients with respect to their WorkCover matters. She has extensive experience representing clients at the Magistrates, County and Supreme Court of Victoria and has also previously volunteered at various community legal centres.

Maria was drawn to a career in immigration law because of her desire to make a difference to the lives of both individuals and businesses. Maria is particularly interested in partner visas, skilled visas, visa cancellations and refusals and matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts.

In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing Pilates and trying out the latest ‘foodie’ hotspots.

Zefy Souvlakis

Zefy is an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. She has completed a Bachelor degree in Law and a Bachelor degree in Business from La Trobe University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute.

During her time at university, Zefy was an active member of the LSA – La Trobe University Law Students’ Association and volunteered at the Nillumbik and Banyule Community Legal Centre.

Zefy has previously worked as an editor and a legal assistant. Her previous experience has equipped her with diversity and adaptability.

As a passionate legal professional, Zefy advises and acts on behalf of individuals and businesses in relation to their migration matters, while liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and other government bodies. Zefy has prepared and assisted in Administrative Appeals and Ministerial Intervention matters with great success, which have captured the attention of national Australian media outlets.

She is a committee member in the Victorian Women Lawyers Networking Committee and Social Justice Committee and a Legal Institute of Victoria member.

Zefy’s enthusiasm and strong passion to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients comes from her own experience with migration, as she relocated from Greece to Australia in 2010 to complete her studies.

Zefy is also fluent in Greek and is currently learning French. In her spare time, she likes travelling and reading books.

Sonia Campanaro

Sonia is an Immigration Lawyer at Ethos Migration Lawyers and possesses a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Certificate of Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute.

Sonia has been admitted as a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Prior to joining Ethos Migration Lawyers, Sonia gained work experience as a paralegal and administrative assistant with the Women’s Legal Service and Victoria Legal Aid. She spent time as graduate analysing archived material for the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, and volunteered with the policy and media teams at the Refugee Council of Australia.

Sonia’s discovered her interest in immigration and administrative law early in her law degree which led to an opportunity in 2014 to study refugee law and international law in The Hague, Netherlands. Sonia otherwise has a strong interest in history, social justice issues and environmental issues, which are undeniably linked to worldwide migration patterns.

Sonia’s family immigrated to Australia from southern Italy in the 1960s and 70s and she is dedicated to ensuring that anyone wanting to make a new home in Australia has a fair chance to do so.

Hafiza Zahidee

Hafiza is currently in the process of being admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Hafiza completed a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University, following which she completed a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice in 2014.

After working as a Registered Migration Agent, she decided to further complete a Bachelor of Law at Deakin University to become an immigration lawyer.

She has since completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and also completed her Practical Legal Training.

Hafiza has also studied International Human Rights Law in Denmark and Commercial Law in London.

Hafiza is passionate about assisting people throughout their immigration journey. She also understands how wonderful yet stressful the migration process can be, as she migrated to Australia with her family.

In her spare time, Hafiza likes to read and enjoy the great Australian outdoors.
