Zefy is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law, an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Partner at Ethos Migration Lawyers.

Zefy advises and acts on behalf of individuals and businesses, including SMEs, large organisations, not-for-profit organisations as well as government bodies, while liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant parties.

She has a track record of success in Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and Ministerial Intervention (MI) matters, with some cases garnering national media attention.

Education and Background

• Is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law
• Holds a double degree in bachelor’s in law and business and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
• Has been selected as a finalist for a number of prestigious national and international awards over the years.
• Regularly presents workshops and other information sessions for training purposes internally as well externally to clients and other stakeholders.

With previous work as an editor and a legal assistant, Zefy’s diverse and adaptable background includes her own family’s migration experience – from her grandparents’ immigration journey to Australia in the 1960’s and more recently to complete her legal studies.

Zefy is fluent in Greek.
