Michelle is an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a member of the Victorian Woman Lawyers. Prior to Ethos, Michelle worked as a legal intern and paralegal in boutique law firms in Queensland and Melbourne. With Ethos, she commenced as a Legal Assistant and has progressed into the Lawyer role. Michelle prides herself on her work ethic, honesty, and intricate legal knowledge to assist her clients in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Education and Background

  • Completed Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.
  • Finalist for the 2022 Lawyers Weekly Woman in Law Awards
  • Finalist for the 2024 Lawyers Weekly ’30 Under 30′ Awards
  • Received a prize from her Universities Law Association as the highest achieving graduate from the Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor program
Michelle comes from a mixed background with Eastern and Western influences. She has spent time studying the challenging but rewarding International Baccalaureate (IB) program and living in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China and her home country, Sweden. Wanting to explore a new country and culture, Michelle came to Australia on a student visa in 2019 to undertake her bachelor and to start her career in law. Currently, Michelle is undergoing the visa process along with her family and thereby offers a unique and personal insight into the complexities of the immigration system. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys exploring Melbourne and spending time with her friends and family. Michelle is currently taking lessons in Chinese to become once again fluent as she was when living in Shanghai, China.
