Our Team

Nicholas is an admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

You won’t meet many lawyers more passionate than Nicholas. He pursued a career in immigration law specifically to help individuals and families deal with some of the most stressful and difficult processes they might ever face. Nicholas also has a strong interest in supporting our corporate clients with their global mobility needs.

In helping people to make a better life for themselves in Australia, his care and compassion ensures that his clients feel they’re being looked after, and their best interests are kept in mind.

Education and Background

• Holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Legal Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
• Finalist for the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 Awards in the Migration category.
• Previously worked in personal care, which is where his desire to make sure his clients always feel looked after was born.
• Worked as a legal assistant and solicitor in the immigration sector for a number of years prior to joining Ethos Migration Lawyers.

Nicholas’ interest in immigration law began at university, when he met international students who shared their uphill battles to gain permanent residency and citizenship in Australia.

His drive also comes from his own family background. In the 1950’s, Nicholas’ family migrated to Australia from Italy, facing many difficulties and struggles to make a new life here. This inspires Nicholas to make sure every individual has the chance to improve their life and take advantage of the opportunities Australia offers.

In his spare time, Nicholas loves spending time with family. He’s mad about sport and an avid reader with a great interest in science. He is also a strong mental health advocate, encouraging everyone around him to take care of themselves.
