New Contact Details for Sponsors Sending Correspondence to the Department
The Department of Immigration & Border Protection has advised that anyone that is currently sponsoring workers will now be required to send all correspondence to a new centralised email address.
The new email address for this correspondence is: [email protected]
If correspondence is being sent via mail, the regulations state that the mail must be sent visa registered post to the following addresses:

The changes in circumstances that must be declared to the above addresses or email address include but are not limited to the following:
– If a visa holder is stopping employment or planning to stop employment with the sponsor
– Changes in the visa holder’s work activities
– Any changes of address for the visa holder
– Change in contact details for the visa holder
– Any major changes in the sponsor’s company
