Skilled Migration Update: NSW State Nomination List 2017/18

The Department of Industry which is responsible for the NSW Skilled Nominated program has announced its updated NSW Subclass 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List.

It has been advised that in the 2017-2018 financial year, the state of New South Wales will continue to select and invite top ranking candidates in occupations that are listed on the NSW Subclass 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List.

New South Wales will select and invite candidates on an ongoing basis throughout the financial year with no specific dates or times.

NSW State Nomination is in accordance with the requirements of the Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa which requires a nomination from a state or territory and enables an applicant to receive an additional 5 points on their points score.
