Rachel is the Practice Manager at Ethos Migration Lawyers and has worked in the Australian Migration sector for several years.

Rachel brings extensive experience in customer service and administration across diverse and multi-cultural environments. She’s passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of our busy practice and has a keen interest in developing efficient processes to enhance team productivity and client experience.

After being born in Brunei, Rachel’s family returned to Australia, where she has spent most of her life. She comes from a predominantly Dutch background and significantly values her heritage.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys the ocean, reading self-development or fiction novels, and spending quality time with friends and family.
