State & Territory Nominated Visa Allocations – SC190/491/188/132
In the lead up to the Federal Budget being handed down on 6 October 2020, the States and Territories have been allocated limited numbers of places for the subclass 190 and subclass 491 visas in addition to the earlier announced allocations for the Business Innovation and Investment streams.

Most Australian states and territories have advised that these limited interim invitations will be issued to applicants that can demonstrate a contribution to the state or territories response to the COVID-19 pandemic and/or economic recovery.
