Julianne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Media and Communication (majoring in Marketing) from La Trobe University.
She has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law and is currently awaiting admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Prior to joining Ethos Migration Lawyers, Julianne worked as a graduate lawyer and paralegal for multiple migration firms in Australia. These roles involved assisting a variety of clients in diverse circumstances, from families seeking asylum to ASX listed companies with large mobility programs.
She traces her passion for migration law back to her family’s journey to Australia from Vietnam in the 1990s. Growing up, she saw the challenges her parents faced as migrants, which inspired her to pursue a meaningful career where she can help individuals navigate the Australian migration system. She hopes to provide an empathetic and honest approach to assisting clients with their respective pathways.
Outside of migration law, Julianne also has experience in corporate, intellectual property and commercial law.
