Victorian SC188 Nomination Program Temporary Closure for 2020-2021 Program Year

The Victorian Government’s Skilled and Business Migration program will not be accepting new nomination applications for the subclass 188 visa after 5pm (AEST) Monday 31 May 2021.

This will ensure that the Victorian Government can assess all subclass 188 nomination applications submitted before the Department of Home Affairs makes changes to the Business Innovation and Investor Visa requirements on 1 July 2021.

Victoria’s standard processing timeframe for subclass 188 nomination applications is 4 calendar weeks for subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investor streams and 1 calendar week for the subclass 188 Significant Investor stream.

All applications for Victorian nomination for a subclass 188 visa for the 2020-2021 program year must be submitted to the Victorian Government by 5PM (AEST) Monday, 31 May 2021.
