Chelsea is an admitted Australian Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Chelsea’s motivation for pursing a legal career in Immigration Law is based on her deep desire to give back to the community and to pursue social justice. These factors are reflected in the high quality of work that she produces and the unwavering commitment and attention to detail that she displays throughout each of her client’s matters.
Chelsea is adept with conducting research and analysing legal issues. She is an advocate for asserting the interests of individuals and businesses in legal matters and excels in legal submission writing to both the Department of Home Affairs and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
During her undergraduate years, Chelsea developed a strong interest in international law and foreign politics and has spent time as a volunteer English teacher in Japan.
Outside of the law, Chelsea is a passionate environmental activist, with a particular interest in protecting our oceans.
She’s well-travelled and grew up influenced by a range of cultures, with her family background a mix of English, Austrian and Indonesian.
In her leisure time Chelsea enjoys spending time with her Archer (her Miniature Dachshund), playing tennis, painting, visiting local markets and trying out new restaurants around Melbourne.
