DIBP ISSUES OUT SCAM WARNING

The Department of Immigration & Border Protection has issued the below warning:

We’ve become aware of a cold call scam from an individual claiming to represent the department. The scam caller demands immediate payment for a claimed penalty or fine.

Please note that we do not request payments over the phone or through international money transfer providers.
