Business Talent (subclass 132) Visa
The subclass 132 visa enables applicants and their families to secure permanent residency in Australia by developing their existing business in Australia or establishing a new business in Australia that is of significant benefit to the nominating state or territory you have established the business in.
Unlike the Business Innovation & Investment (subclass 188) visa this visa provides you with direct permanent residency.
Two Streams of the Business Talent (subclass 132) Visa - 132A & 132B
You must have:
- a net value of at least AUD1.5 million (lawfully acquired)
- an annual business turnover of at least AUD3 million for at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before you are invited to apply
- a total net assets of at least AUD400,000 as the ownership interest in one or more qualifying businesses for least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before you are invited to apply
- You must have funding of at least AUD1 million from an Australian venture capital firm.

Including Family in Your Application
Family members can be included when the application is made and can be changed any time before the department has made a decision on the application.
Family members, sometimes regardless whether they are listed on the application visa will need to undertake health examinations and provide character clearances.
In most cases on partners and children under 23 years of age can be included in your application.
